The Philippine’s cultural heritage buildings of three centuries of Spanish colonial period consisted in 919 churches, 432 places of defense system and a lot of old heritage houses. But the number of tangible cultural heritage buildings in is not known well. Lack of protection, restoration, conservation, historical and technical documentation, specialist on restoration (also in educational program of Philippines universities) put in risk the conservation of this heritage. Also the natural disaster: in October 15th of 2013 an earthquake of 7,2 magnitude affected to Bohol and Cebu island, some 3 weeks after the Super Typhoon Haiyan (Yolanda) struck the region.  Many heritages structures of Bohol and Cebu have been damages or totally collapsed.  From now this region must to affront a dramatic situation to the heritage reconstruction. This conference will try to contribute to the region through the Japanese experience on reconstruction after natural disaster and conservation of heritages.
